LEAH BRAST, LPC
Life can throw unexpected changes your way, and it’s not always easy to navigate them alone. Leah has years of experience working with individuals who are facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. Leah believes therapy works best when it feels human—warm, respectful, and grounded in real-life tools you can actually use outside of sessions.
Her style is compassionate and empathetic, while also being practical and goal-oriented. She uses evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand unhelpful patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and take meaningful steps toward finding freedom from what’s been holding them back.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from who you once were, or simply ready for change, you don’t have to do this alone. Leah's goal is to offer a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of freedom in your life.
